Deep furrows, with a spectacular “knife blade” shape, draw a harsh and evocative landscape, charged with the white of the sediments and almost devoid of vegetation. We are in Atri, in the land of the badlands, forms of erosion of imposing and impressive beauty, which offer unique and extraordinarily fascinating views. A few kilometers away, one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in the middle Adriatic, the protected marine area of Cerrano, a wonderful naturalistic oasis suspended between heaven and earth, among dense pine forests, soft dunes and an uncontaminated sea. And all around, rolling hills and orderly cultivation of vineyards and olive trees give life to a wonderful landscape, a prelude to unique aromas and flavors that will remain etched in the memory of those who visit this extraordinary part of Abruzzo.

TOUR DETAILS
DAY 1
The day will start in the heart of the Cerrano marine protected area where an expert guide will illustrate the incredible variety of flora and fauna present, favoring the sighting of unique specimens. Lunch under the ancient coastal tower will be the prelude to an afternoon of pure relaxation or adrenaline-pumping fun: in fact, you can opt for an e-bike excursion among soft dunes and golden beaches or spend a few hours of leisure at the Adventure Park Cerrano.
DAY 2
Breakfast in the structure and we immediately leave for a taste tour among the vineyards and olive groves of the area. The destination of the excursion will be a wonderful oil mill where it is possible to learn the secrets of the prized Pretuziano DOP extra virgin olive oil, typical of the Teramo hills.
A lunch based on the best local products will follow.
In the afternoon there is a visit to a historic winery in the area to take part in a guided tour that will reveal the secrets of the production process of the finest wines. A long tasting will follow which will illustrate the aromas and flavors.
Dinner is provided at the hotel.
DAY 3
After breakfast we will leave for the “Calanchi di Atri Nature Reserve” for a guided tour of the suggestive protected natural area.
For lunch in the restaurant we will go up to Atri, an ancient city of art just a few steps from the sea.
In the afternoon, visit the historic center and the most important monuments of the city considered one of the most beautiful villages in Abruzzo.
